Just were at my neighbor's apartment to get an ordered Trek book brought by the delivery service when I was absent. They have a little dog and a cat living peacefully together. WTF.
It happens - at for quite some time we had 2 dogs and a number of cats all peacefully coexisting - even if one cat got cheeky and would put his tail in the rottie's face.
In my case the cat was bigger than the dog......

At one point, my Gran had a Dog (Alsatian), and Cat living peacefully together. Things remained peaceful when we took our Dog (Collie mix) over, though there were moments when we took the tortoise too. (He tended to take a nip at whoever had taken his place in front of the fire til they moved. He didn't object to either of the dogs resting their heads on him though.).
