Misquoting someone as you have is libel. It's also pathetic. And it doesn't change that Brie Larsen's comment was racist, sexist and ageist.

It wasn't. If some 80 year old Puritan reviewed Beavis and Butthead and gave it a negative review would you be able to say that guy understood the show or could appreciate it the way the target audience would? Absolutely not.

By that same logic, an out of touch guy from the Hollywood Overclass won't get what it is to be a underprivileged black teenage girl the way a Black Woman would.

Of course, the thin skinned crybabies who see everything as an attack chose to misrepresent Larson and slander her at every turn because she had the guts to call out the Overclass on this.

Personally I think the writers are trolling us. I mean they give us an ending everyone would like for Steve, and then they just watch everyone argue that it doesn't make sense, so then if you ask them they just say, well that's how time travel movies are.

You're the one with the childish namecalling while hiding behind your computer and intentionally misquoting someone. It still doesn't change the comments, and it's not slander. Truth is a defense to slander and libel. The only libel here was you typing a lie, and attributing that lie to me.

Racism, like what Larsen said in her quote, and misandry, which was also said in her quote, is not bravery--at least not to those that understand that racism is wrong.

Saying she's racist and ageist when she's merely pointing out a fact is very much slander.

Racism, like what Larsen said

In relation to how an out-of-touch Overclass Male feels towards AWIT.

and misandry

Pointing out an out of touch Overclass Male won't connect with a black teenager the way a black woman would is being truthful, not misandrist. Not my fault you just can't get it.

Pointing out racism and racial bias exists isn’t racism, that’s only in the minds of white supremacists who can’t stand the thought of anyone being considered besides them. Calling Brie a racist and sexist is bizarre and utterly false. I’m not sure why you keep harping on it, but it’s going tiresome.

@Kirk Prime , I just want to say, as a straight white male, I’m embarrassed by your behavior.

Actually they just say, well he was in an alternate timeline. Which is what I’ve been saying, which makes it right.

It’s not bizarre. Look around. It’s a very common attitude. Many, many people believe that remarking on a lack of diversity is racist against whites. Some even call it genocidal. It’s about as “bizarre” as voting Republican.

You guys notice that characters named Stark have been involved in the final battle in Endgame and the Battle of Winterfell.
Last scene of GoT:
One of the Starks (whoever is left alive at the end) decides to sail to "parts unknown" and then space zoom out shot to reveal their ship is off the cost of... Wakanda EDIT: or thereabouts and they are sailing towards the Americas :D and then it's followed by... 150,000 years later scene showing Earth in the 21st century :D :D

Wakanda has a coast?

The idea that white men are the “real victims” is the most utterly pathetic nonsense I’ve ever heard. I wish they’d grow up, but that isn’t happening.

Close enough? Common work with me here :D

Wrong again. You might want to look up what slander is. Second, her quote is racist, as it discriminates against a race (white people), ageist (since it discriminates against 40 year olds), and sexist (since it discriminates against men). Try substituting black for white, or women for men and see if you change your mind.

Pointing out an out of touch Overclass Male won't connect with a black teenager the way a black woman would is being truthful, not misandrist. Not my fault you just can't get it.

No, it's actually racist. You are putting everyone in one race into a category, and dismissing it.

just want to say, as a straight white male, I’m embarrassed by your behavior.

And I want to say that as a straight white male, I don't care.

More libel. Calling someone a white supremacist just because they don't agree with you only diminishes what racism actually is. Please point to one post that is in favor of white supremacy.

Calling Brie a racist and a sexist based on her calling out in a negative light, white males, is accurate. Racism in any form, even against white males, is not ok.

The idea that white men are the “real victims” is the most utterly pathetic nonsense I’ve ever heard. I wish they’d grow up, but that isn’t happening.

Now this is open racism right here. You are discriminating in a negative light against people of a certain race and gender. You are generalizing about a race and gender in a negative light. That is textbook racism, and you are proving my point. What's amazing is I believe you legitimately don't see the hate you are showing. Try rereading your words and substituting a different race, religion, or gender, for the term "white men" and see how you sound.

Utter nonsense.

And I didn’t call you a white supremacist, you are the one calling everyone who doesn’t agree with your worldview racist. Which is odd because I’m white.
