Mr. Know-It-All........That makes sense. Jaime has been redeemed and Bran knows everything.

The pattern on the wall was the same pattern with the bodies at the very beginning.
It means something to them, but don't know what. Circular, so maybe cycles. Like seasonal? Or, does it represent the North Pole. No idea! Undoubtedly is important though.
After last night's episode I am convinced that the final battle will be between Dany and Jon, perhaps with Jamie playing a key role and both Jon and Dany dead. (Just speculation of course, because George won't tell me anything.)
The live TV rating for Season 8 is slightly down at a still unbelievable 11.8 million. The finale for 7 had 12.07. If all platforms are taken into account, season 8 does set a series record, proving what we already know - more and more people are using alternate means to watch TV these days.

Indeed--can't be spoon fed EVERYTHING.......these are huge foreshadows.^^^ Don’t you see the weapon that Arya asked Gendry to make her to be of any importance? Or The Hound getting a dragon glass axe?
^ At this point, George doesn't know because he hasn't written his own ending!![]()
Arya and the Hound wandered the wilderness for a season and a half, you don't think they should have a moment to snarkily pay their respects and show him that he's no longer on her list? They'll probably wind up fighting side by side again when the Army of the Dead comes, so they wanted to get the awkward reunion out of the way before then.Still don't see the point of The Hound/Gendry/Arya scene, though.
He did recognize him. Edd was just terrified after seeing the Umber kid and assumed Tormund had been changed into a Wight as well because of his bright blue eyes.I don't understand why Edd did not immediately recognize Tormund at the last Hearth ? They fought together at Hardhome and also when retaking Castle Black from Alliser Thorne's men.
Dragonglass doesn't kill the White Walkers, just the wights.
