What would have been a better ending then End Game?

Would you mind summarizing this? I don't want to sit through all 28 minutes of it.
Very well. One suggestion is End Game, but change the stakes, so that Borg destroy Voyager while it is taking a trans-warp conduit home, killing a lot of the crew. The rest of the crew escape and reach the Alpha Quadrant, but two decades later, the Borg have conquered the Alpha Quadrant. Janeway discovers the Borg use time travel to achieve this, so she goes back in time to correct things. Same basic episode, but raising the stakes enough to better justify Janeway's use of time travel.
The other suggestion is to have the Voyager crew use the Pathfinder system to get home, with the crew and Star Flight developing a transportation system that would allow the crew to beam back home, but they would have to leave the ship in the Delta Quadrant and scuttle it. More low beat, but you can Janeway say goodbye to ship before she has to destroy it, with the crew making it home and not the ship.
