Guest stars you would like to see in the Picard series

I don't know.... I don't need all of them back.
Frakes is a given, I feel. Probably Riker is an admiral in Starfleet now, who tries to stop Picard from what he needs to do but in the end helps him.... (where did that happen before...?? ;) ;) ;) ).
Guinan makes the most sense, since Picard isn't in Starfleet anymore and him running into his old crew all the time would be just be weird.

It could be kinda interesting to see Wheaton back again. The entire Traveller storyline is one of the weirdest in all of TNG, and the novels did try to make it kinda work. So I would be curious to see what happens there.

Worf..... The reason I'm curious about Worf is mostly because of Michael Dorn and if he could still pull of a menacing Klingon.

As many of the previous main character actors as they can get.

But they would play entirely new characters on the Picard Show.

OMG. I got lots of stuff I've been wanting to see over the last twenty years.

They can probably make a real Data now. Or at least a Data's head. It would have fully functional facial features and directly interface with the voice actor.

The Doctor. This one is an LMH. His creators put an aging feature in his programing. But he discovers a flaw in which the aging never stops, which would eventually turn him into a decrepit skeleton. The only way to fix this problem is to essentially "regenerate" into a new body. (Yes I want the Doctor from Star Trek to be like Doctor Who)

Commodore O'Brien. He runs the old Starbase 11, which is now a repair and restoration yard for classic starships. Call it a working man's retirement. He has a fleet of six Galaxy Class starships, including the three nacelled Enterprise-D that Admiral Riker likes to borrow, and the U.S.S. Challenger commanded by Geordi. Starbase 11 is also the home of the Enterprise museum and a total tourist trap.

Q. I hope this "journey" Picard goes on involves Q. Because Picard has impressed the Q continuum on occasion, they have deemed him worthy enough to make him Ambassador for them, and gave him some Q powers.

No doubt we will have:

Admiral riker.
Admiral tuvok
Captain La forge
Ambassador or captain wolf
Maybe
Captain Beverly crusher
Admiral Janway
O'Brian
Ensign Kim
Captain wesley crusher.

If picard is playing some sort of renagade there is a good chance he may even pass through DS9. Be fun to see Quark, maybe Kira as bajors first minister?
Ro laren could pop up?

The galaxy class will only be something like 30 or 40 years old, that's not exactly antique by federation standards. Likely they are still flying around strong.

Though I don't want to see any 3 nacceled USS fanwank galaxy's :barf:

My predictions:

Season 1: This show stands on its own! One TNG cameo towards the end, probably Riker.

Season 2: Format change to "where are they now?" featuring frequent visits from all 24th century characters. Riker added to main cast.

Guinan, Vash, Beverly and/or Wesley Crusher, Riker, Troi, and Janeway would be my choices. Maybe a Romulan from Spock's underground movement.

Not everyone in this list but these are the people who I'd think would make the most sense to see.

I’d like to see everyone, but, not all at once and not all of the time. Some one might hate me for saying this, but the TOS movies, which I loved in the ‘80’s, don’t hold up well for me now. We shouldn’t see everyone assembled for yet another mission. From everything I’ve read, here included, I’m not worried about that happening.

It would be great if Garak, whom Picard probably never knew, would have his character expanded upon.

Will we get to see Riker one more time?

This tweet might simply mean he is working on a trombone and nothing more (the actor does play in real life), but can we dare to hope this means something more?

Right. His much anticipated trombone project....

Welcome back, William Riker.

I would most like to see Wesley Crusher and Guinan at some point. I just watched Final Mission recently and I had forgotten how close Wesley and Picard get in that episode. Wesley basically saves Picard's life. Picard is on the verge of tears about his impending death, and Wesley is trickling water into Picard's mouth with his hand. They really do have a close relationship and it would seem almost strange for Wesley not to be involved in Picard's life well into the future. It would also make sense for him to have contact with Beverly, unless something has happened to her.

To be honest, I'll be happy either way with how many TNG characters they decide to include - I wouldn't be disappointed if they brought everyone back at some point, but I also wouldn't be disappointed if they decided to go in an entirely new direction and did not want to revisit those characters.
