Let us not forget too that in the anti-time future projection the Klingons have conquered Romulus and stopping other races from intervening and they are also at logger heads with the Federation again! That is if you discount the Kelvin films? But it could still happen anyway unless Romulus's falling and later destruction is set after that in the anti-time as shown to Picard by Q

Sorry to interrupt, however, in glancing at the list of topics I first thought this thread was titled "Klingon space farting time line." My immediate reaction was "Wow, some folks are really desperate for new subject matter."

References to L'Rell are incorrect here as that is another universe of Klingon people! Kor rules Organia as it is the only target in the disputed area between both the Federation and the Klingon Empire! There had been no actual wars between the two forces, only many years of trade disputes and skirmishes along their borders like the battle of Donatu V in 2245 and the dispute over Sherman's planet! The Organian prophecy of friendship betweeen humans and Klingons comes to pass after the explosion of Praxis, a Klingon moon and their military expenditure will not support both saving their area of space and fighting the Federation!
In time tensions reaffirm themselves and the Klingons return to a state of annoyance with their human opposites but these are usually taken care of in diplomacy unless it is Narendra 3 or Cardassia but both of those are solved and the Khitomer accords reaffirmed!

Keep in mind how in "The Mind's Eye" the older Klingon lamented how the Empire would now "tolerate" dissident movements rather than squash them. There was clearly a big change, possibly after Praxis.
