I just got the magazine for the Discovery Enterprise that I preordered in the mail today. It's not the first time that happened, they didn't include the magazine when I ordered the Titan right after it came out.

I'm not much a modeler--dabbled with it years ago--but I once had my eye on this one. It has parts that allow you to build it three different ways--original pilot version, second pilot version, or regular production version; plus decals for the mirror universe version!
I have that kit. Unfortunately it's still in the box unbuilt.

^^^ I had the same problem on the second Discovery model eaglemoss sent me (the first had the splitting/broken nacelle problem)
Because I had two models, I wasn't afraid to apply a little pressure upward on the downward part and a little downward pressure on the upper part of the saucer using one hand, the other hand holding the model by the outside of the nacelles. Eventually, there was a little "pop" feeling, and I was able to align the saucer/ring so it was more evenly oriented. To this day, I can now adjust the saucer a little bit up/down so that it looks a little more even.
If you do try what I did, I would be careful. I think I got lucky, I don't want to encourage people to do something that could irreversibly damage their models.

Yes, great care should be taken, but I have yet to find a break or oddity that couldn’t be fixed with a little bit of super glue. You just need to be patient and not rush it. Such recklessness does cause more harm than ultimate good.
Well, I did have that one Centaur where the nacelles were broken in half sidewise, and a Bajoran Solar Sail that all the king’s men couldn’t have salvaged.
But they replaced them pretty quick. The second solar sail was ALSO broken on delivery (I suspect my old delivery person was of the ‘toss the package’ persuasion), but it was fixable with a single dab.

send photos to eaglemoss and ask them to send you a new one, it's not acceptable for a $50 model. and then try to fix it yourself.
Just been thinking: I remember when Eaglemoss used to offer Batman themed vehicles, years ago now (not sure if they still do...) and the vehicles came with a cardboard backdrop / diorama scene specific to each vehicle.
It got me a thinking how cool it would be to have backdrops for each of its Trek releases.
Note: I personally love Eaglemoss’s packaging and don’t think it needs improvement or fixing - more just my musings around other ways these could be displayed / packaged.
Another thought: a large BAF type spacedock display (not made of card) that could be used to hold EM starships. Perhaps each release would come with a specific section which then joins to another etc.

Found a 3D model. Small print from my Flashforge but looks pretty good - you could prolly upload to Shapeways and request ultra-detail. Might do better at a large print size on mine, I'll maybe give it a go if folk are interested?

Slightly random: my local comic book store has two new EM starships on the shelf (I’ve been hoping for new EM Trek for some months now!) - the Cardassian Galor Cruiser and Dala’s ‘Delta Flyer’ - both of which I’m slightly perplexed by, as my shop advised they would order in predominantly more recognisable EM hero ships (specifically enterprises and well-known fed starships) that would sell.
So these choices leave me wondering how these particular ships ended up here... (admittedly, both of these might have been special orders which were then not purchased).
My feeling is these will pegwarm (esp. the Dala flyer), but hopefully I’m wrong!

Memory Alpha has the B’omar Patrol ship listed as issue 151. First I’d heard of it.
Can't say I remember them either. They do seem to look pretty cool, though. Also, Eaglemoss has a track record of the smaller craft making for rather good models, so maybe this will be as well.
EDIT: By the way, does anyone know when the Shran will be available in the UK store? And has anyone received the V'ger model yet?
