Remakes don't count. "Eye of the Beholder" was already great the first time.

And I do remember seeing "It's still a good life." The ending was the little snot from "it's good life" is grown up and has a kid, and he recreates the world just so he and the kid can torture it. Awesome writing!

As I said elsewhere, If they want to bring Serling back from the dead to do the writing, I'm in. Otherwise, hard pass.

Looks pretty good. I did notice the box with the devil's head on it. That seems like an easter egg to the classic show.

I spotted at least two homages to Richard Matheson episodes: the gremlin from "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" washing up on a beach, and, yes, the devil-headed fortune-telling device from "Nick of Time."

Adam Scott plays the Shatner role. He is seen in a few scenes in the trailer.

You seem him a lot in the trailer, looks like it goes off in a very different direction than the original. He's off the plane for most of it, but keeping the paranoia and seemingly losing the monster. Although a doll of it shows up.

Pretty good. Lots of nice imagery in there, and it's got that classic Americana vibe that the original did. I remain cautiously optimistic.

Looks good. I'll be able to catch a few episodes before Discovery season 2 ends and I cancel my subscription. I'll catch the rest of it when the Picard show premieres.
