The Klingons mentioned seeing the red bursts. They’re aware of them too. Promo shots of Spock also appear to be on the Section 31 ship. I suspect the Klingons and Section 31 will have plenty of involvement in the main plot going forward.

This week's Discovery was good - plenty of TNG/DS9-style Klingon politics, Tilly having to call the Ghostbusters to catch a spook in a trap, and more shifting odds on whether the Red Angel will turn out to be Michael or Spock (or someone else) doing a Sinclair from B5. There was even a point where Anson Mount managed pull an expresson that looked spookily like Jeffrey Hunter (just after the other captain on screen tells him Spock is wanted for murder, there's a close-up of him looking really fucking spookily like Hunter). And bonus Michelle Yeoh - what's not to love?
Also I want Ash's Klingon "Hand Of The King/Chancellor" badge...

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the only evidence we have is seeing a Klingon with two urine streams. That doesn’t necessarily mean two penises.
We also have Lorca commenting to L'Rell about Tyler lacking in his number of genitalia.
