But Starships were running on Alien* Lithium crystals so probably it's running on that.

*I say alien because the elements called Lithium on Earth can not be crystallized but it doesn't mean there wasn't something out there, similar to that formula and was called Lithium and was crystallized.

Yeah but to me that was just a writers mistake but I could be wrong they could’ve been running on lithium.

It wasn't a mistake, the writer simply didn't know it can't be crystallized so the compromise was to call it Dilithium later on, but for me -- like the 22nd Century hints-- if it was on the show it was legit. It's the future for goodness sake just invent a machine that does crystallize lithium.

I don’t know if that’s possible. Because I’m pretty sure that would break the laws of physics or something. Although I could be wrong I was never very good at physics. I just have a hard time believing stuff because the writer seem to be making mistakes A lot. But that is to be expected. It can challenging to write for showing actually make it good.

Yeah, like the late Stan Lee using Gamma Rays to make Robert Banner into the Hulk; we know Gamma Rays can't do such things but in the world of Marvel Comics it could. As long as the material appears natural and I feel it doesn't matter because I'm delving into their world.
