Not necessarily. Audrid can be any age the writers want her to be. Especially since, as the host of Dax, she's got three previous lifetimes of experiences to draw from, as well as her own..
Non-canon alert: Memory Beta suggests that Audrid was born in 2224, which would make her 34 years old as of DSC. Not too far from Jewel's actual age.
Well, to be fair, Audrid wasn't the head of the entire Trill government or anything like that - just the Symbiosis Commission. And since the Federation, at this point, doesn't yet know about the symbionts, if Audrid turns up on DSC she would have an entirely new role to play. Again, whatever the writers want.

I said "council" because the previous poster did. I know she was head of the Symbiosis Commission, but that, I would imagine, is a big part of the government, and likely would appear in any episode set on Trill, because any story that required a visit would likely be about the nature of the symbiotes.

In fact, it could be about the Trill trying to keep their secret, and we could finally learn WHY it was a secret. Just as on ENTERPRISE it was OK to show the Romulans as long as Archer and Co. didn't, it's fine if WE see the symbionts, as long as Starfleet doesn't.

Nah, they'll be a completely different design. Neither ridge heads or spotted necks. But it's still Prime because as you know, visuals aren't canon.All the Trill we see should be ridge heads.

There was a Trill in the Season 1 finale, and she looked just like the DS9 Trill.
And while this is a deleted scene, the Section 31 agent that approaches Georgiou was disguised as one and she even called him out on it.

This is better character development than on DISCO season 1.
