These are usually something more than the trailers, aren't they? There've been times they've promoted something like this, and then when they show it, it ends up just being the same trailer that's already been out for months.

Sweet mercy of awesome! This film continues to look great. I love the exchange of verbal barbs about covert appearances in public.

My favorite bit is the part when she shows Fury her Photon Burst and he doesn't know if Skrulls can do that or not.
IGN has posted a story about a set visit they did back when the movies was still filming.
    Interesting new info:
The movie will start with Carol already with the Kree, and the we'll learn about her backstory as she does throughout the movie.
Robocop, and how it approached the title character's memory loss was a big influence on the movie
The Supreme Intelligence does exist in the MCU and it looks like it does in the comics. The article doesn't say point blank we will see it in the movie, but it sounds like we might.
Of all the MCU movie it is closest in tone to Doctor Strange.

This will be the first MCU film I've seen in theatres since the first Guardians.

I think that Annette Benning's character is a Hologram Representation of the Supreme Intelligence.

That's been my theory as well, and they also acknowledge it as a possibility in the article.

The latest trailer gives me some serious Iron Man vibes.
Feels like the try to get back to the roots.

Set visit interview with Samuel L. Jackson. Mild spoilers.

You'll see, specifically, the origin of what happened to his eye. You'll find out that he does have a family, that's referenced. You don't see them, but they are referenced in another way. There are things we talk about in his backstory that haven't been talked about before -- where he's from, what he's done. There are times when he actually, humanly reacts to things with fear and awe, instead of the stone face that he normally has, before he learns to control his emotions in another way.

We don't talk about none of his war experiences. We talk about him being in the war, leaving the war, being a spy and some of the things he did when he was a spy that got him to this particular place. So, we get more of a backstory, and we get more of what turns him into this person that you originally meet in Iron Man.

(I would point out that Fury's mother, or at her least address, was mentioned in The Winter Soldier--TT)

He's dealing with the Flerken for the first time, and it looks like this is his first time seeing the Tesseract.

He who? He me? I've heard the cat referred to as a Flerken. I didn't know what that meant, so I vaguely have an idea now what that means. And we're actually entering a ship that belonged to a doctor from Carol Danvers' past. She's trying to find some answers to what happened, why he was on Earth and what that whole power core thing-- Seems like the Tesseract has been the constant in all these movies.

Previously seen footage mixed with Brie Larson's training footage and commentary from Larson and co-director Anne Boden about Larson's training.

I keep getting more and more excited about this film.

I'm glad we're seeing a little more of Carol's personality. The footage they chose for the first two trailers and the way it was cut together made her come off a little too stiff, so it's a relief to see that's just an illusion of the editing.

Which I figured was the case, even if I didn't find her all that stiff (at least in the second trailer). I'm just annoyed by some people's knee-jerk reactions to assume the worst.

I was a little disappointed the training video didn't include footage of Brie Larson pulling a Jeep up a hill. I've seen two or three references to that in interviews now, and I was hoping to see it.
