Favorite 'Little' Moments...

He gave a Starlog interview around the time of STV's release talking about the "apprehensions" that he and the other supporting players had about Shatner directing. But even Takei had to admit that Shatner was a very professional director.

 

Takei's hardly going to dish the director of a film just about to be released. No matter what he really thinks.

 

To me McCoy was at his funniest in Bread and Circuses when the gladiator calls Spock a "pointy eared freak" and McCoy says "You tell him buster!"

 

You're right. He's good in B&C too.

 

The entire Spock-McCoy conflicting relationship was great.

 

In Spectre of the Gun, the bartender goes "You boys want the usual?" and Scotty goes "Absolutely. A half gallon of scotch"

 

In "The Trouble With Tribbles", Spock petting a tribble while explaining that he's immune to their effects.

 

I do hope he didn't intend to drink it all in one sitting.

 

But the bartender told them all they had was Corn Whisky or was it Bourbon, or both?

In ‘the corbomite manoeuvre’ when Bailey says something like ‘i called out because of a human affliction called an adrenaline gland’ and Spock replies ‘how inconvenient. Have you considered having it removed?’ With so much sass. Always makes me laugh

 

I think it's "patents".

 

Yeah, he looked like he'd spent too much time with the Mormons...

 

My favorite bit from that episode is a blooper:

"If they refuse to move on cue...SCREW THEM!"

 

My favorite is when Sisko tells Kirk that it's been an honor serving with him... oh wait!

 

I think that's the second time I've been told that, Disco! It must have been Leonard Nimoy's accent I think!

Tbh I only knew that because I watch everything with subtitles. (IMO Americans tend to mumble so I have to watch with subtitles - I’m English )

Yes, I wouldn't say they all mumble their lines but they can be hard to catch on occasion due to different accents, pauses and holding onto words or letters a little too long!

I watched the Jurassic World 2015 with subtitles otherwise parts of it are almost incomprehensible, the background sounds often drown out the speeches.

 

Strange, to me as an American, people on current Dr Who all seem to be mumbling, and the background music and sounds drown them out...

 

But you seem to like Rowan Atkinson, given that you use him as your avatar.
