No, just unashamed and unpretentious. Naturalistic dialog people would actually say instead of pompous operatic dialog no real person would say.
You know many people who talk like Tony Stark? Or Scott Lang? Like Starlord maybe?
Yes. I do not know anyone who stops to give monologues on "Die a hero or become a villain" or talking about Bandits in Burma.
I have to agree even if I do find some enjoyment out of it. I think I’m getting a little tired of the formula. I can’t say for sure that it will be my last ever but I’m fairly certain since Avengers: Endgame will likely wrap up a lot of character arcs, I will not follow the franchise AS closely.
Please provide the said formula.
Punching + punchlines + giant CGI battle at the end
Makes up a significant amount of the Marvel films. Look, I enjoy them but it doesn’t mean they’re not formulaic.

Used yours as the framework for mine.
That is how I've seen them for a while. They were novel at first, but I mostly fall asleep during them now. I couldn't tell you what happened in the last Avengers movie.

You can easily apply the term "formula" to lots of movies. Like James Bond or Westerns or War movies...doesn't stop any of them.
Of course. But when you pump out one after another after another under the same banner, it begins to get tedious.
Exactly. The trick is to mix the formula up a little bit, and Marvel has done so, as shown by the examples presented by Timelord Victorious..

Actually I love action movies. And if you’ve read what I said and not just focused on what you don’t like about what I’ve said, perhaps you’d see that I have enjoyed these movies. But they’re starting to grow tired IN MY OPINION. Doesn’t mean I haven’t enjoyed them. Also doesn’t mean that I wont watch them going forward. I just won’t rush out to the theater to see them. After Avengers 4, most will probably be rentals for me. That’s my prerogative. Just like you have the right to continue to see them however you please. Part of that is because I don’t feel the need to and part of that is because my wife and I are about to have our first child and our world will change come May. I am not grilling you for reasons for liking them and continuing to support them. I’m merely saying that I can wait and save a few bucks.
