I changed the Wikipedia entry and quoted and cited the Vetri interview. Anyone who edits Memory Alpha wanna propagate this?
Bottom line: we don't have her papers. We don't even know if she had her shots. But now we know this is baloney:

Well, as Christopher and Greg have pointed out, she was an extra, and the length of time it took to find out she wasn't Ms. Vetri argues against the idea that she was a known actress of the day. We're still looking for the second (non-Deela) female Scalosian, who moved around more than Isis did (in human form) but had no lines either.

I've been saying this for years! I even spoke to Victoria on FB while she was in prison and asked her about Star Trek and she confirmed to me that it wasn't her but no one believed me!!! Someone even put both faces together and I had to admit there was a resemblance around the chin and the mouth!
