Last movie you saw?

The mediocre "Dragonheart" direct-to-video movie from 2017. :barf:

At least Patrick Stewart's voice work was good, though I wonder why he worked on such a piece of baktag.

Poltergeist. The original, which I always thought was directed by Steven Spielberg but I paid attention to the opening credits this time and it says "Tobe Hooper." Then I looked it up and found out it's one of those situations.

Great movie! The sequel's Reverend Kane makes Poltergeist II a bit creepier for me, though

Hell yes! "You are gonna DIIIIIIIIIEE!"

But my favorite line is the exchange Steven had with old Native gentlemen:

Old Native: "Your car is still angry."

Steven: "Angry?? My friend, that car is pissed!"

Money!:) Me I watched Micheal Mann's "Thief" for the first time with James Caan. Pretty good crime thriller. Very stylish in away I am not used to seeing in 80's movies.

never got around to seeing this on initial release, prob because it was during my senior year in HS when I was getting ready to go off the college. It's pretty subpar, though not terrible. Even the presence of Miguel Ferrer can't drag it out of the mediocre realm.

Caught Mama this morning. The last time I saw it was in theaters. I thought this morning the same thing I thought then, "through all the freakiness, Jessica Chastain is smokin' as a rock band guitarist."

I couldn't make it through "Paper Boy." This was from when I guess Zach Effron still couldn't act. It wants to be a coming of age story but I didn't care about Effron and did a rare thing and stop watching a movie even though I dislike it. I usually force my way into seeing it from beginning to end but I was just to bored.

First Man. I initially wasn't going to see it because of the flag planting controversy, but having seen it, I realize that not seeing the flag planted is the least of its problems.
