reissues are always great
The other day I found one of a book I had when I was 3. It's a book teaching you how to draw. I was delighted that I remembered almost all of the text correctly (but I keep forgetting my shopping list LOL!)
Here's part of the book as an online version. It starts with drawing stick figures and then gives them items to hold, vessels to travel in, houses, gardens etc. If you happen to speak German, you'll notice the old-fashioned language. The original was printed in the late 20s or early 30s. The one I had was my dad's, originally.
Which directly leads me to something annoying/frustrating: we had a spelling reform, 20 years ago, and the reprint uses the new spelling which looks and feels horribly wrong
