I wouldn't be surprised if Spock did not have grooming equipment. I mean you don't have to see it. Apparently every single Klingon has a secret compartment somewhere where they keep theirs. Like L'Rell when she was imprisoned and later held in the Discovery brig, she was shaving her head every second day to keep it shiny and smooth, I mean shiny and ridged. Spock has a razor somewhere guaranteed... he's just not using it
Yeah, when did L'Rell have the opportunity to shave her head when she was in that room for days (weeks?) ? Maybe it was more techy and they stopped their hair growth with some device or drug.

The Vulcan teacher Tuvok met in flashbacks (I don't recall the episode name) also had at least a goatee.
