Non-priority dangling plot points from episodes

Also, did Tom and Janeway's babies start a super advanced lizard civilization?
I would want an episode of the upcoming Picard series to bring back a Voyager cast member if only just so they can canonically say "yeah, one time Tom accidentally took potent drugs and had a crazy hallucination about exceeding warp 10".

How did things turn out for Lily from ST:FC?

Was the Viidiiiiian (or however it's spelled) phage truly cured, and were they able to rebuild their civilization and culture to its former glory?

The First Duty ends with Picard saying Wesley will have difficult times ahead at the academy but we never see/hear anything about those events again

What was the ultimate fate of ... Ensign Sito ... almost think as dead but we never saw it onscreen and I think we know they wanted to bring her back.
I always wanted to do a story where she faked her death to go undercover for Section 31 after being recruited by the bartender who played poker with both the junior and senior officers.

^ The VOY episode "Think Tank" said that the Vidiian phage was eventually cured.

Not the episode says it, but the think tank themselves. And we've seen in that episode they are not above a little blackmail and representing the situation as suits their purposes, so is it the truth or not?

I want to know what happened to the Unification movement on Romulus. I guess it died with everyone else on the planet but who knows. Maybe Vulcan welcomed Romulan refuges back to Vulcan.

I want to see some of those missing years of Burnham and Georgiou that happened after she arrived and eventually worked herself upwards to becoming first officer and kind of curious as to who had that job when she first arrived along with other senior staff. Perhaps Pike was Georgiou's first officer then he got promoted to captain of the Enterprise and Burnham replaced him.

I dont think the aliens from "Schisms" were intended to appear again. The storyline was about unsolved alien abduction cases.

I know the aliens from "Conspiracy" were originally supposed to be the Borg. Considering that didn't happen I think it's a shame those aliens were never revisited. That homing beacon set up a return.

And what happened to the Kelvans who showed up in one TOS episode? I did expect them to show up in TNG but they never did.

Speaking of TNG, what happened to the Tamars?

As for "The First Duty" and Sito Jaxa, what happened to Hajar, the fourth member of the team?

I don't know, but Josh Albert was killed the crash, Nick Locarno was dismissed for the Academy (and possibly changed his name and was lost in space with the Voyager), Wesley mysteriously left Starfleet for a better or worse lifestyle depending on opinions and what Hajar heard about it, and Sito Jaxa graduated and was reported killed. So it is possible that Hajar considers either Starfleet in general or their team in particular as cursed or something and lives in fear.

The most obvious dangling plot in TNG is the parasites who took over Starfleet in Conspiracy! Or did they just decide to stay on their own planet and wallow in the mud? Plus the planet Neural in TOS, did Tyree's people win the conflict and did Kirk really arm the hill people? Were the Klingons ever brought up on charges by a galactic court for interfering?

It's mildly interesting that the Organians are never brought up again. Though of course there is the logical conclusion, as depicted in the novel The Buried Age, that the Organians were xenophobic by nature and the treaty was just a bluff to get the troublemaking lower species to stop causing a ruckus.

Did the Atlantis project work and how’s the Venus terraforming getting on.

Did the Baku make peace with their kids? Did manheim succeed? Did Picard ever have that drink with the Romulan commander?
