Yep. I believe the eyebrows appeared in the 2nd episode, but I could be wrong. Cuter, but less alien with them I think.

Well, she did get some work done on her forehead after the first season. The mole is now gone also in real life. One more change for the second season. Better or worse, not sure yet.

Jeez, I hope she hasn't had that much work done...I find the above image very "uncanny valley" personally!

Tbh they were editing it out in publicity photos, and I think some trailers. It would not surprise me in the least if that didn’t contribute to her choices.

Oh come on the logistics of that are impossible to discern. How could they keep on top of all the constant crossovers and references to previous DSC episodes that the mole was in, as opposed to new events happening to Tilly? I’m not paying to see yet another prequel that is directly linked to the original prequel that’s peppered with references to not only the original series but to the original series of discovery. It’s just unreasonable! No I can’t see them doing this because it would totally eclipse Discovery. They’re not going to start a new spinoff with a character - the mole - that is more compelling that Michael Burnham are they? And will the mole be prime? Or will it be yet another visual reboot that we’ll have to pretend was another character this whole time?

In other news, I never even noticed anything different about Mary Wiseman after the conclusion of s1. I love Tilly and would actually watch a spinoff that focused on just her. Tilly for main character of DSC?

So, there's no actual poster that's going to be marketed here, it was simply a demo done by the DSC costume department for a con. The thread has become an excuse for people to either make crass comments about Mary Wiesman's/Tilly's appearance or for people to mock her. And there wasn't really much to discuss to begin with.
