“Jean-Luc Picard is back”: will new Picard show eclipse Discovery?

So 10 of the 15 episodes of Season 1 had over 1 Million viewers in Canada.
The drop off happened during the second half the season, coincidentally the same time Big brother started up. But the drop off was still in the 900k area.

It went from over 1 million viewers to less than 200,000??

I may have mis-interperted the intent, but the statement was that the drop-off was in the 900K range. I interpreted that to mean that view ship dropped by 900K people.

You're saying it went from "over 1M" to around 900K in total viewers? That would make more sense!

My bad, Yeah I meant they dropped to the 900k range.

Am I right of thinking that number has dropped compared to what Star Trek was like in the 90s?

Just a tad. Or I would be able to buy DSC toys. Galoob has stuff on the shelf while Tasha Yar was still a thing for TNg.
