Well people know what the Borg is thanks to first contact and best of both worlds and the like so this wouldn’t surprise me at all.

The makeup guys have said they want to work on the Borg as well (trekmovie posted an interview a few months ago).

The red anomalies are probably transwarp conduits or temporal incursions.

The DSC universe is about to learn how futile resistance is.

worst piece of Kremlinology ever. I don't doubt eventually Trek will revisit the Borg, and yes the mere fact of 7of9's existance is proof the Federation knew SOMETHING about the Borg before Enterprise D encountered them. But I can't see the crew running into a full blown Borg Cube. Maybe they'll chance upon some borg-like presense hopping around looking for anomalies.

I feel the borg has been done to death, esp in Voyager. I'd prefer some fresh stories.

I imagine if they use the Borg they'll be reimagined at least as much as the Klingons have. It'd be cool to see them using CG to replace body parts with machinery, and maybe give them more of a Steampunk look.

I always imagined it as a Kelvin movie, but I can see them coming up in Disco.

Given what we know about nano tech now, there is really no reason why you would see mechanical parts sticking out of a cyborg. They would just look humanoid.

EDIT: Unless I seriously missed something, I don't see any sign of the Borg Queen or even a shadowy figure of a Borg Queen anywhere in the trailer.

There could be cyborgs in DSC without them being Borg. Such as Ariam.
