The Stargate episode "200" made it clear very few people heard of it

True, but there's a bit of a difference between absorbing low frequency waves while standing still and absorbing/redirecting enough kinetic energy from a physical impact that by rights should turn her whole body into sticky meat jelly.
Again, I'm not saying I have a huge problem with this; I mean it's super powers, none of it really makes sense anyway. It's just that it's a step up in both technique and magnitude. Usually you do one first, then the other, not both at the same time. Normally you'd expect a little more set-up for this somewhere earlier on in the story. Like for example if she managed to stop a car that would have run her over.
I guess a part of the problem is that her powers have been so underutilised the last few seasons that it's a bit jarring when she suddenly breaks out the big guns...plus new guns we never saw before.

He also told her it was there: "...find the strength in your arms to beat him senseless." Which if you think about it, is very much a Nick Fury move.

Hmm, I wonder what the significance of Chloe Bennett deleting the post is, usually people only seem to do that when there's some kind of an issue with the post. Maybe we weren't supposed to know production is starting?

Maybe she just posted it prematurely.

Or it's part of their new "whoops, one of our actors 'accidentally' dropped some spoilers" marketing strategy. ;)

Not sure why it would matter about the timing...if anything, it means the actors are free to pursue other projects say from about October on (like Spring TV shows).

But yeah, mysterious...unless they ARE in some kind of scene in Avengers 4, and this give filmmakers enough tine to do something with them. (It could be minor, but something where we will cheer in the theater)

I just find it hard to believe that these actors--particularly the likes of Bennet who's been doing this for years--would at any point be uncertain as to what they are and are not supposed to talk about and when. So while yes, everyone is human and occasionally makes mistakes, I'm nonetheless increasingly inclined to believe that at least some of these so-called "slips" are calculated. Which is fine. Marketing any kind of narrative based product in this day and age requires a little deception, for the audience's own good.

I do hope for some small cameo scene in Avengers 4 for some or all of the main AoS cast.
A smaller hope would be some of the Netflix cast as well.

I've been having the same hope, especially ever since the multiple claims of a scene that contains 60+ characters. I've run the numbers a couple of times now and the only way to reach that margin is to include the Agents of SHIELD cast as well as the Netflix casts. Some kind of "HEROES UNITE FOR A COMMON CAUSE!" moment. I know the odds are against it but is it so bad to have such a hope.

Sorry to bump this back after 3 months but I want to ask, is the fact that Quake quaked Gravitalbot into space with the super centipede juice the pivotal "moment" that changed the timeline? That's what I'm guessing but I wasn't sure.

I also thought of Futurama when the temporally displaced duplicate dies when Fitz died. I hope they get Fitzicle back soon.

I'd like to know too as I still don't really get it. I don't think this season did a great job showing that they were gradually getting things right over the loops...they play it out like the loop is unbreakable and they were doing the exact same thing each time... and then suddenly its not! Yay!?

I though it was Daisy finding out Couslon slipped her the super centipede juice .

Instead of using it to fix him, yes that could have been "it" but then she won that fight.

Looking at it another way, was it Graviton absorbing Quake into a even more powerful Graviton the thing that caused Earth to turn into a cresent?

They left a few major details out, not always a bad thing, but I was wondering if that was what that would have destroyed Earth. It would almost make sense that the last scene of Quake walking out led to that because that was when she fought Gravition and in the first loop(s) lost directly after.

Yes, but the exact moment when the timelines diverged was when Daisy noticed that the serum was hidden in her gauntlets. That's when Robin said, "Something's different." In the original timeline (my memory's hazy) either Coulson used the serum or the serum was still back at the base. The latter makes more sense, given that Daisy yelling at him on the CCTV footage was a part of both timelines. Presumably Coulson's part of the story played out exactly the same, except Simmons injected him with the serum after he was brought back to the base instead of just Yo-Yo reviving him with CPR.

If you want to be more precise about it the key moment was Coulson hiding the serum in Daisy's gauntlets, but I could definitely see an alternate universe where Daisy didn't notice it and we were fucked as a species anyway. So, yeah. Going with my original answer of Daisy noticing it.

The timeline is always fraying during every moment of time that for any reason that is uncertain.

But for every time that the timeline splits infinitely, one of those new splitted timelines is where nothing has changed and everything is still the same, and many are new timelines where nothing consequential has changed and it superficially seems like the same timeline leading to the same future history, which sometimes it really-really isn't.
