How many are there? Off the top of my head Wrigley (I don't care how nice the renovations are, it's still a garbage scow), the Trop, Oakland Coliseum and ... ?

And there are obstacles to all of them. The Rays are facing serious political and public resistance to a new stadium, Wrigley got a shit-ton of public financing for its renovations so like hell if the Cubs are going anywhere, and the A's can't move to San Jose until the Giants stop being shitlords.
