My assumption at this point is that Guardians will keep going even after 3, but with a mostly new line-up (just like the Avengers). Maybe a good spot for Valkyrie to show up.
Good point. If that's the case, I can see them potentially folding Nova in with them. Or introduce him in a solo movie and then have him appear in Guardians 4.

Avengers 5 will be one most likely for 2022, maybe retitled something like "New Avengers" or whatever, like how they do in the comics. New team and totally new line up, likely with Captain Marvel as leader.
I wonder if that Avengers 5 might even be an all Female team-up.

They have enough strong characters with diverse skill sets/powers to make it happen.

I think it is safe to say Guardians 3 is one of them, Black Panther 2 is one, Ant Man & The Wasp Sequel is one, Black Widow (& White Tiger?) is one, Doctor Strange 2 is one, Captain America (in some shape or form) is one & something Thor related is one. Until we know who dies in Avengers 3 & 4 though there is at least some question about a good number of them, which is exciting.
Is Dr. strange 2 definite?
And perhaps Captain America passing the mantle?
See above for my thoughts on Avengers. With the power of Black Panther and Wonder Woman the studios might rethink the traditional thought of women in the movies...
Due to some funky formatting on the page where I saw these dates I got this:

That Marvel Trump movie sounds like a "can't miss".

 Trump ruins everything. :p

So they predict a SECOND T*rump term?!?!?!?

Seriously though there is a 9 month gap between Summer 2020 and late Spring 2021...

Is there anything from other studios planned then? If not...I wonder if they are looking for Feb 2021 for the Black Panther sequel? Since they haven't definitively said they have signed yet...wondering if they are waiting for that?

I thought the attempt on the Patriot's life using a Judas bullet in AoS was a good crossover with Luke Cage which then traces back to The Avengers movie as the source of the technology, possibly developed by the Tinkerer. It was subtle, but it did keep things in the same world.

Black Widow is reportedly to be a sequel set before Iron Man 2. Interesting if true. We could see her past with Hawkeye and Bucky and finally learn what went down in Budapest, but I'd rather her story move forward.
I watched Age of Ultron again the other day and I was reminded that Julie Delpy played a mysterious character from her past. I hope that if Black Widow does get her own film, they'll cover some of her past with the Red Room and bring back Delpy. I was surprised to see Julian Bleach was also in that flashback as a ballet instructor (and he didn't even have any lines), so I wonder if he would be brought back as well.

No matter the time setting, a Black Widow film is long overdue.

Marvel is actively developing Jack Kirby's Eternals. I can see this working, but would rather that Marvel had been patient and given Inhumans the big-screen treatment that it deserved.

Finally, Nova has "immediate potential".
I have less investment in either of those two, but if they're produced on the same level as most of the films so far (really all of them except the first two Thor films), then I'm sure I'll eventually become interested.

I read one issue of Jack Kirby's Eternals and I loved it, but haven't had a chance to go back (I also read some Roy Thomas Thor stuff with the Eternals I found to be about as dull as dishwater). That first issue had an almost Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark vibe. I don't know if that would fit the rest of the series, but it would still make for a fun movie.

I meant to say "prequel" and have corrected my post. As for the MCU taking a break, just keep dreaming.

I'll probably have to. Perhaps, I'll just stop watching the movies for a while. Just to take a break.

The Iron Man series or the whole MCU?

Considering Kevin Feige and Robert Downey Jr's talent for inserting Tony Stark into a MCU movie any chance they can, I don't know.

Hey...does Black Panther count as part of Sebastian Stan's 9 picture deal? How many more does he have?

Ans also curious....who are the youngest MCU actors , specifically the Heroes...just wondering who might have the longest time in the MCU after the first generation is done

In-universe, most of the current human heroes range from their late 40s to early 30s. Spider-Man is by far the youngest hero.
