Okay, that was the whole point of the law suit. It had nothing to do with "Axanar was better than CBS-Trek" (and I would argue it wasn't) but rather that Mr. Peters saw it as an easy way to build his own production studio by using the Trek brand as a source of income.I'm glad he got a studio out of this. Now maybe he would consider doing and crowd funding original things from now on.
