Which discrepancies are you referring to?I wouldn’t have made the Undine shapeshifters and had them make “peace” that easily.
Would have corrected those discrepancies with the Malon as well.

Voyager would have had information about the Kazon in their computer
I would guess they had some small piece of tech with some bits of information. Not a complete picture but small fragments. If they had access to Voyager's computer memory (which is inexplicable given that Voyager went away and they didn't even know if it got home or not) wouldn't they also have had an accurate description of the crew?

That's the name of species 8472 as given in Star Trek OnlineUndine? What race are they?

No problem. I had to google itThanks. Appreciate that.
All that works too. I did expect he'd have to question the Kazon way in order to do the things he did to leave them and join Voyager. There's a lot of growth there for him. This is a really interesting idea.
He could be Kazon that is questioning his people's ways (only in private mind you, no way would he talk about it openly), wanting for something more than just being a thug with a phaser, but with no ways of getting out of that life he is trapped and constrained by it. Maybe drop them being involved before she was caught, but instead have him as her guard when she is, and as they start to talk and get to know one another feelings develop from there, he sticks his neck out to save her one time and sees himself get thoroughly beat down and thrown out of the Sect. A few days later, onboard his shuttle, he comes across a ship from the other side of the galaxy and is hailed by a woman calling herself Captain. He guides the ship to Ocampa V where he faces death for his return, but uses the alien crew he's with to rescue Kes and get her away from his barbarous people.
I was thinking Tyr from Andromeda for the Kazon. He'd have the build for it, and he can play a warrior while still being a total dreamboat. He'd know a lot of space, so a guide would make sense, he could also be handy with a box of bandages and maybe gets trained as the EMH's assistant and combat medic--a nice departure for a "rough, warrior race" to be portrayed in a less aggressive role. Kes as the ship's cook, morale officer and hydroponics gardener would also be a good fit.
Not sure who would be a good actor for him, but he'd need to have great arms (can't imagine him wearing sleeves very often, lol).

Depends on what they found. If it was a Padd it would have some information. The guy in the museum was able to create a fairly accurate representaiton of the ship so they had to have some information. You believe every scrap of equipment that Voyager left behind (I guess after an explosion or something) contains a fragment of Voyager's database? That seems very unlikely.

I disagree completely. Yes there are the occasional loose ends but discussing them and digging deeper has giving me a much greater appreciation for the show. This only tells me one thing: Most Voyager episodes are better-left unanalyzed. Because the more you do think about them the less sense they make.
If your method of analysing dramatic art consists of appraising the furniture used on on stage, then you might not be digging very deeply to begin with. This only tells me one thing: Most Voyager episodes are better-left unanalyzed. Because the more you do think about them the less sense they make.

did they say that 100% of their population slept 100% of the time? may be some of them sleep and some of them do things and then they rotate.Ok, then how does the society of "dreamers" work? These people sleep all day so who does the work on their planet? Who puts clothes on then, feeds them, bathe them etc...
Not to mention the growing of crops, the mining of ores etc....
It doesn't make any sense.
About the people who get younger as they grow old? How the hell does it work, ever thought of that?
The macro-viruses gets very big very quick yet don't eat anything!
And there are many more where those came from.

The reverse aging...maybe they start as larva and then form a cocoon. They emerge as adults and then age "backwards"
The macro virus could possibly take in energy from other sourses besides food. They could absorb energy from light.
