I know a number of Aces, and they simply don't have the desire for sex. That doesn't mean they don't like romance, or personal relationships, but they just don't have the same drive others might have. That said, there are asexual people who don't like romance, either, and that's just fine. There's nothing wrong with any of it. You don't see it in our media (at least in the U.S.) because everything revolves around sex, but roughly 1 out of 100 people are asexual.

No, celibacy is just not having sex, and has nothing to do with whether you want to have sex or not.
Otherwise, most prostitutes would be celibate.
