Augustus is the title given to Roman Emperors after the very first one, the Terran Empire might see its self as a successor.
Her other titles before this also used latin. (Dominus of Qo'noS, Regina Andor)
They get back but this time in the proper Prime universe where things actually aren’t dark and gloomy and there is some colour.

There's plenty of color in Discovery! Most of it is blue and orange, but still, there's plenty of it.
For me, this show has hit a nice, consistent stride. I haven't read the previous 4 pages yet, but I have seen a few comments that the reveals are predictable. Yes, they are. But I think it is very well done, so I won't complain about that. (and I wonder if it is just predictable for those of us familiar with Star Trek plot mechanics. My husband got a text from one of his friends who was completely floored by the reveal.)

Georgiou could also be adopted like Michael was, which would explain the Greek name.
And the Klingons actually look like Klingons and not Xindi who have mated with them.

did Loreil killed Voq off? I think Klingons believe in death with honor, not captured, so that is in keeping with canon. That leave Ash alive with romance with Michael.
