Any time I've had any issues I just email them (used to call when still run out of GB) and they would send out a replacement. They've never asked for me to send anything back. They just sent out a replacement, no questions asked.My orders arrived today (yay), 15 days after I ordered them. I suppose that's not too bad really, with that e-mail I was expecting another weeks wait.
However, my XL Voyager is missing one of the blue clear plastic parts on one of the nacelles. Looks like it was never fitted properly as it's not anywhere in the box. Has anyone had experience here of getting replacements? Do you just e-mail them the issue and they send you another? Just wondered, never had to do it before
