The pickled tube looks like a tool from a machine rather than a ship.

I wonder if they'll do the Klingon "wedge" ship. I suppose we could all already have it on the shelf and say that it's cloaked.

Yeah, I haven't been watching DSC...those Klingon ships each look like a ship belonging to a different alien race. I don't see any thought having been put into tying them together conceptually.

Copy and pasting from the thread in the DSC subforum

    Googled the Klingon ship names:

There was a Klingon named 'Qugh' in the novel 'Klingon' according to Memory-Beta.

    DaSpu' - Means Boot Spike

    veqlargh is "Fek'lhr"

I can't find anything for 'Bstlh'

Personally, I think that may be the most ugly-ass non-kitbashed Starfleet ships ever. Hoo doggy.

I don't even recall seeing some of the Klingon ships. I assume they're small in that group warp in or something. That Bstlsh-ish thing looks like something out of Dune. And the more i look at the Kugh, the more it looks like someone distorted it in photoshop with the liquefy tool. It's all squiggly. :)

    Thank you!

Got it - DASPU” is a misspelling of DaSpu’ and BSTLH is a misspelling of Batlh!

Each Klingon house has a unique design language. I actually like that idea. They just should not have messed with the D7. Maybe use the K'tinga from The Motion Picture.

Did they say that in the show?

They deliberately ignored everything prior when designing their Klingon ships. New Trek, new look.

I'm not crazy about them, but at least it's not the exact same reused Bird of Prey we see in every version of Trek. And the dragonfly fighters (which Eaglemoss are sure to do) are adorable.

Those Klingon ships don't look Klingon and also look like they're from multiple different alien races. The Federation ship, Nimitz I think, looked pretty cool, but I'd prefer a TOS-Jeffries-style version.

Really like how the Bozeman looks, but I'm concerned that the aft landing deck (which also doubles as the impulse module on its underside) is either too short or missing entirely from the original model. Unclear, as there is no picture of the rear view.

Are the ships in-scale to each other?

No. However cool that might seem it's totally impractical.

Apart from the aforementioned issues, I am looking forward to see the batwing-BOP for real. It looks kind of gothic scary.

Thank you very much for always posting the latest images! It's very appreciated!

    But for the model: Ugh.
The "JJprise" - despite me often being critical of the movies - is one of my favourite Trek designs (IMO right after the original Connie and the TMP-refit). But! The Eaglemoss model was sooo disappointing, I didn't buy it. It was actually very surprising, they are usually the most accurate models around, especially if they have a CGI model of it. But somehow, the model was very weak. I didn't already like the Beyond-refit - one of my least favourite Trek starships. But this Eaglemoss models seems to be the same low-re as the original JJprise, just with a worse design! I'm disappointed. I really, really would have liked a visually appealing JJprise model which doesn't make me go completely broke...
