You don't hear Thank you" that much? I use it all the time. One I haven't heard much though is "Pardon Me."

Where as where I am, I hear it (or thanks, or cheers) and use it whenever it's applicable.

When I saw this thread I was more thinking along the lines of "fiddlesticks" or "pell-mell"... but those are probably considered flat-out archaic by now.

I agree. Jamoke isn't used enough. I sprinkle it in here and there but not often enough.

I also like to use "howdy" when greeting folks because (1) it's different and (2) I'm a little weird

In a meeting once about standardizing bar coding on paper documents, I paraphrased the line from Lord of the Rings, "one ring to rule them all" as "one bar code to scan them all". No one got it
