Spoilers The Librarians - Season 4

The fourth season of the Librarians begins on December 13th.
There are a couple different trailers on the TNT Youtube page, but the first one appears to just be a shorter version of the second, so I'm just posting #2.

I really enjoyed the first three seasons, and it looks like this one should be just as much fun.
I'm assuming the wedding is some kind of a fantasy or trick or something.
The whole thing with The Library uncoupling from reality seems like it will probably be our arc this season.
I'm pretty excited for this.

Thanks for the reminder! I knew it was coming back in December, but forgot the date. Looking forward to seeing what this season brings.

Note also that Season 4 will be running on Wednesday nights, not Sunday as before.

(Meanwhile, I finally delivered the ms. for the third LIBRARIANS novels a couple weeks ago.)

I really need to get back to season 3. The show really suffered after Falling Skies ended because, for me, Flynn is the most boring character and once FS ended the actor joined Librarians full time. I loved season 1, and its probably no coincidence that he's barely in it. It basically became the Flynn show after that, with none of the other librarians or Jenkins getting much in Season 2 or what I saw of 3 and Eve only getting things to do because she's Flynn's love interest. Maybe if I watch Season 3 from the beginning with fresh eyes I can get back into the show before Season 4 starts.

I thought Flynn left again a few episodes into Season 3?

Well according to the wiki he's in 7 of the ten episodes, which is up from Season 2. Plus when he is around its definitely the Flynn show, and I just don't care about him.

Today's Morning Spoilers over on Io9 included the synopses for episodes 2 and 3.
They don't specifically identify which synopsis goes to which episode, but it seems fairly clear from titles.

Episode 2
(The Librarians) and The Christmas Thief
When Santa takes Flynn, Baird and Jenkins on his first vacation in centuries, he leaves his beloved sleigh in the care of the Librarians. But when Ezekiel’s career criminal mother steals the magic door, they must use the sleigh to save her, as well as Christmas itself, from Santa’s Grinch of a brother, the Patron Saint of Thieves.

Episode 3
(The Librarians) and The Silver Screen
When Flynn and Baird are sucked into Baird’s favorite classic Film Noir movie, the Librarians are drawn into the world of movie magic – literally – where they’ll need to perfect their lassoing skills, sharpshooting, and snappy dialogue if they’re going to make it out alive.

Back at last! I love these characters.

That "Silver Screen" episode sounds great. :rommie:

Wait, isn't Bruce Campbell Santa Claus on The Librarians? Please say he's back, his episode was one of my favorites. These both sound like great episodes. I might just skip the last three episodes of Season 3 (since they had too much Flynn and Apep and its(?) plans never made any sense I really wasn't looking forward to trying to watch those last three episodes) and just start fresh with season 4.

I admit I'm very curious to learn more about Ezekiel's family and backstory.
Yeah, that was probably the most intriguing thing in the descriptions. I can't remember, have the Librarians already met Santa?
