You're attributing words I never wrote. I don't think anyone should slavishly write positive things about something they don't like. And fair reviews are good for writers, directors, etc.
But I have noticed a lot of the poo flung at this show is often for things that have been done many times before on the show (tropes, established canon, visual direction changes, etc), and a general level of ire against the first black female lead that is very telling. There is a concerted effort to make this show fail. I don't know why that is, though I have suspicions. I don't understand the vitriol. If someone doesn't like something, it is logical they move on to something that they prefer: maybe register a complaint or two, at best. To continually rake coals over it, often over non-issues or for something that's been done many times before, or just not waiting for the serialized plot to unfold makes no sense to me.
Actually, sizeable chunks of the sixth and seventh seasons of DS9 were shown from the perspective of the Dominion, in the form of Dukat, Damar, Weyoun and the Female Changeling. And the latter two were never shown to have any major redeeming qualities (unless you count the faulty clone of Weyoun), Dukat only had one or two mildly redeeming aspects that soon gave way to him being 100% evil, and Damar remained an almost totally antagonistic character until he turned on the Dominion in mid-late S7.
The difference being this is part of a larger franchise.
That doesn't bypass common human decency.

Damar's story at the end of the series was one of my favorite parts.
Nah - that would be a two-part episode at least.
In TNG's - "The Battle" we found Picard won't fire back regardless of what's happening (and is willing to let his crew suffer and die for that principle. It cost him the Stargazer too. But, after the inquest, what does Starfleet do? Give him the 1701-D.

No one can keep you from commenting here. That doesn't mean absurd sentiments like "Klingons are brown and one dimensional so it was written for the MAGA crowd" won't get criticized by others who have a far less petty outlook.
Personally, I'm a very liberal minded person and voter, especially socially.
I live in Phoenix AZ, you can imagine as a voter I tend to get pretty frustrated but I do know many conservatives, many who voted for trump. I also attended a Methodist church for a good while, Though I know they exist I personally haven't met one trump supporter, or supporter of the MAGA philosophy that matches the loudest minority that gets pushed in the news, and when I watch the Klingons, I do not myself see "one dimensional brown people" like you do, I see a race written one dimensionally. I do not see that the "maga crowd" would just love to see "one dimensional" brown people to jeer at.
What you're saying seems much more a petty sentiment than one really rooted in real objectivity.
Especially considering that, it's more seeming that the Klingons were written to represent trump supporters, as opposed to represent something trump supporters love to hate.

Commodore Decker pulled rank on Spock an d there appeared to be no regulation preventing that - even after he already lost the Constellation and the entire crew. You'd think there would be something is teh regs about not being able to assume Command again until a board of inquiry - but, obviously not.
