silence of the lambs or is it the...
the Butchers knife that cares not for the lambs cry..

L’rell’s outfit, the upper part at least, reminds me of the TOS Klingon uniform. The way the stitching is horizontal

Well now there's no doubt that the rings spin. Was sick to hear what they did to Georgiou. :barf:

It will be interesting to see how Burnham's relationship to the creature evolves.

Good, solid episode, I gave it an 8.

Gave it an 8. Solid Star Trek. Surprising to get this quality in a first season. Very optimistic about Discovery now.
Of note:
- what happened to Georgiou!!! omg :wtf:
- Landry!!!!
- Discovery saucer section rotated when the drive activated
- Strong Equinox vibes this episode
- Klingon space suit built into armor
- Great music this episode
- The Discovery crew ARE demons of air and darkness
- That spore-drive effect looked insane, like the ship folding in on itself

That was probably the best of the episodes. It still suffers from the notion that writing characters as impulsive, stupid, hardheaded, or backstabbing makes them plausible or interesting, but luckily that was confined to the security chief and the Klingons this week. Michael, Lorca, Stamos (sp?), and Saru are registering as real people now.

B+, I liked it, I hope the series can continue to improve.
