Retro villains you'd like to see?

As long as you don't make the huge mistake of calling it Prime, their fate can be anything the writers like. But, even knowing their fate, I would be far more receptive to it, than what we've gotten so far with Discovery.

I mean, we all knew Georgiou was toast.

Yeah Michelle Yeoh was never going to stick around, at first I had high hopes when Chris Obi was cast as T'Kuvma, I wondered if they would cover the war from the two different perspectives of the Klingons and Starfleet, that idea got shot down so fast though.

I do wonder about Jason Isaacs role, could he be there in case the Burnham character falls flat with fans, she's doing fine so far of course.

After all he could have a bigger role in the show if they feel it necessary and give him more screen time.

Lorca has a Don Draper-esque smarminess about him. I have a feeling he'll be my favorite character.

Not a Villain, but I'd like to see a species that the Federation is friendly with in later series as a minor villain, not a big bad, just minor.

The Cardassians were said to be poor and peacefull before the Military took over the Government. Maybe in Discovery we can see the period where the Cardassians transitioned from an impoverished nation to an expansionist power.

I want to see an episode or two where the Federation interacts with a non oxygen breathing race that is later revealed to be the Breen.

A episode could be dedicated to the Suliban eventually becoming extinct due to war or disease.
