He does voice work in Star Trek Online for CBS, too.
That makes a little more sense then.

DC Fontana and Wil Wheaton weren't invited either. So I don't take it personally. I was just pointing out that whoever was passing out invitations had overlooked me — along with many others.
I've never been a fan of speculating uselessly when you can ask for information directly. @David Mack is on this board. Of course, I'd also understand if he doesn't want to comment. But it seems rude not to make sure he knows he's being discussed. We don't know? I believe Mr. Mack lives on the East Coast, the preview took place on the West Coast. Maybe he simply couldn't make the scheduling work?
Considering all the work he has done for them, it would seem in poor taste to not invite him.

Does someone know, who of the former Star Trek actors was there? Was anyone else there than the ones seen in the article below?

Was Wheaton not invited or did he just not want to go?
That seems like an odd decision on CBS's part. For starters, the guy has a recurring and popular role on the network's most popular series. Plus his opinion carries a lot of weight in the fandom. Seems like the kind of person they'd want going to bat for them.
They invited Vic Mignogna? Someone in the comment section said so. Isn't he just a fan film actor?
There's only so many people who can be at a premiere. If you think about the number of people who have been involved in Trek, even limiting it to big players, that's a big guest list, and you haven't even started on the show you're actually premiering.
