Yes...and for the NON-titular ship.Well, someone has spent a great deal of money here.
Awesome. Loved the music too.
I love the effect of the underside windows. Apart from the greenscreen work needed to build that, they must be planning to use them for space shots in a few episodes to justify it. It's going to be weird getting used to a bridge space directly under their feet, visibly too.
I'm reminded of a few shots from Rogue One where Admiral Raddus is looking down at Scarif from his seat on the Profundity, through the viewport under his chair.

Always loved that shot.
Ohh, that's a point. Assuming the ship does appear in all of season 1 as rumoured, entering orbit would be a sight to see.
The bridge sets are totally independent. Yes, from what I'm told, Shenzhou isn't destroyed early.Well they've already said they've shot Discovery and Shenzhou shots on the same set, having to swap peices out. If the Shenzhou was only going to be in a couple episodes, one would think they'd film all those scenes first so they wouldn't need to swap parts around.
Ah so it is just the corridors and transporter room. The bridge sets are totally independent. Yes, from what I'm told, Shenzhou isn't destroyed early.
I can't place the music, and none of the music-matching apps can match it. Anyone know it, or is it like Two Steps From Hell-type stuff? I don't think they'd leak Discovery music yet.
Most of the time these days using GoPro or DSLR cameras for timelapse it is done in 4k, 6k, or as many megapixel still images so the resolution is there to make a camera pan, tilt, or a camera move in post production once the motion playback speed is set.Godsdamn, that was cool. I'm glad someone had the foresight to produce such an extensive time lapse. I was especially wowed by the camera pans over a long period of time.
