Thought I'd pass this along for those that might be interested.

I found the Briefing Room set to be the most interesting, since I'd never seen any pics or plans for the Phase II version before.

Sorry to say, but this looks Ai to me. Lots of loose details that seem to melt into one another – ladder with rungs that don’t align, odd faces and hands, woman riding a ‘not-quite-a-bike’ with no wheels. Basically there are just lots of visual anomalies that are hallmarks of Ai.
 
Yeah, I would have to agree that there’s something very off about those images. The presenter mentions that they are photos of backlit slides that have been digitally upscaled. My guess is that some really poor AI upscaling algorithm was used for this, which introduced all those weird artifacts like the ghostly faces and the odd, almost spider-web-like textures that permeate everything. Another dead giveaway that AI has been used is the gibberish “text” that’s present on the production sketches that are shown towards the end. If these production photos are genuine it’s a shame that neither the YouTube person nor the guy who owns the slides can’t be bothered to get them properly scanned.
