As much as I enjoy the series I'm wondering what effect Hannah John-Kamen's movie career is going to have on its future.
suppose it could come down to her asking price its possible they could still fit in as they only do 10 eps a season.

Oh, dear... Clara's missing and some new character has her robot arm. That kinda feels like they were unable to get Stephanie Leonidas back and had to rewrite around her absence. I was really hoping to see more of her this season. Anyway, it looks like they're tying the whole "hack mod" story thread in with the Hullen conspiracy now.
Meanwhile, back in the Quad, it's weird to see Alvis and especially Pree fighting alongside the Killjoys. I mean, sure, Pree's an ex-warlord, but he seems happy to be a bartender now. It was also kinda weird, on a female-driven show like this, to see such a large team with only one woman on it, or even with no women when Dutch was off being interrogated.
There's a new episode tonight, but I can't get the episode title or description to load on TV Guide.
I suppose it depends on her contract? As much as I enjoy the series I'm wondering what effect Hannah John-Kamen's burgeoning movie career* is going to have on its future.
*Tomb Raider, Ready Player One and Ant Man & The Wasp in the next twelve months.
Do we know how long the actors are contracted for on syfy?
Killjoys is a Canadian show made for the Space network, although Syfy (or rather, Universal Cable Productions) is a co-producer.
I believe Killjoys has a planned 5-season arc, so I'd assume the actors are under contract for that long. Of course, whether it actually gets there depends on whether the ratings remain good enough to warrant two more renewals.

Promo:TV Guide said:As Johnny faces off with someone from his past, Dutch faces her own personal hell
Well that was an interesting twist with the Hullen ship. Then they immediately end it.
And I think the main Hullen baddie, Kendry's nemesis whose name I forget, is still out there.
The description on Syfy's Killjoys page is a bit more casual, but also interesting.TV Guide said:Desperate for an advantage, Dutch goes AWOL and risks a dangerous procedure that connects her to Aneela's memories
EDIT: Forgot the promo, so here it isSyfy said:Dutch and her double Aneela's origins are revealed. It's not what you expected.
I was noticing the cinematography last night. The show is beautiful to look at.
So, yeah, WHERE the hell did Dutch pop up from there?? Did she just manifest in the tub? Did Aneela give birth to her (which would have been quite painful, since Dutch seemed to be about 7)![]()
