Nightfever (Alexander Klemm) has finished his CG model of the 1701-A. He's posted these two renders, but has promised more on the way, and he's going to relase his CG model to the public. He had reference of the movie CG model, so his shapes are highly accurate. I plan to do all sorts of renders when he releases it. Enjoy!

Alright folks, here is a better look at the NCC-1701-A from Beyond. Alexander Klemm (nightfever) was kind enough to allow me to use his beautiful 3d model and also to share these renders I made of it. I'll try to get some orthos up later tonight.

That's pretty amazing work given just one scene to create it from.
It wasn't. He had references of the actual studio model. His recreation is 95% accurate I'd say.
Thanks Pixel.........these are amazing for fans of the new "A".... especially as we wont see an actual model sold anytime soon. Couple of things- u said u believe its 95% accurate- what is the 5% thats not?It wasn't. He had references of the actual studio model. His recreation is 95% accurate I'd say.

If that's 95% the studio model, then this Enterprise-A was truly launched only half-finished.The lack of detailing on the back half of the secondary hull and nacelles (esp. that temp font 'NCC-1701-A') is embarrassing and I'm amazed they got away with it.
Exactly...........Beyond was a rushed production, and from what I've been told the graphics people were only given a week to model the Ent-A's computer model. They knew the ship wouldn't be seen from the rear and in very dark lighting. First rule in film design is don't build what you don't see. The TOS Enterprise wasn't even finished on its port side. No doubt this ship will be modified and more fleshed out if there is a 4th film.
The windows. On the Beyond -A, the larger ones sit almost vertically in their frames, whereas on Nightfever's version they're recessed but parallel with the hull shape.u said u believe its 95% accurate- what is the 5% thats not?
