Seska manipulates men with sex. Maybe she manipulates women with sex too, but how would we know anything about that since Star Trek is homophobic... Seska manipulates men with Sex, and Tuvok couldn't make waves or rock the boat, or give any one reason to believe that he's anything other than what he is pretending to be "disgruntled terrorist scum".

Tuvok had to sleep with Seka to keep his legend intact.

Seska had to sleep with Tuvok, so that she was still the power behind the throne in case Chakotay accidentally just happened to die, before she needed him to die, and she still needed some guy to wear a bridle she could tug on.

Yes, women can control men with their sexuality without actually needing to have sex, but why make this harder than it has to be? (I see what I said, shut up.) Which just begs the question, do Vulcans mate out of Season, or... Maybe Tuvok faked Pon Far to gain her trust and... Although if he was going to use his sexuality to cement his false Loyalty to the Maquis, then sleeping with the captain's girlfriend is a self destructive asinine move, when the far smarter choice is the Chief Engineer of the Val Jean, who has really obvious daddy issues.
 
In cop shows where the hero goes under cover, they wind up falling in love with a gangster's moll and doing a lot of drugs, before they return to reality and have to suppress all their bad habits now that they are back in suburbia with the wife and kids.

If this happened, then Tuvok may have had an opportunity to apologise to his wife for his infidelity, before he got grabbed by Caretaker in the pilot, which might have been the last conversation that T'Pel and Tuvok had, so maybe she was HAPPY when Tuvok was lost in the Badlands.

Well they had something in common. Both Tuvok and Seska were pretending to be Marquis. It would have been a twisted disappointment if they had been trying to manipulate each other and poor Tuvok he did have that Bajoran put a timebomb in his head. Tuvok wasn't immune to acting out of character..

What a crazy mix they had under Chakotay's command, lol. Tuvok under cover with a Bajoran 'mission' implanted in his head. Seska, a fake. Suder a badly wired Betazoid. I don't think Tuvok would have had time to cosy up to Seska ;)

Janeway was just as gullible.

In Voyages of Imagination, Dean Wesley Smith remembers: "Taking Section 31 into Voyager was a real challenge. I'm not sure how it came about, but I do remember enjoying working with Marco on it."[1]

No, they didn't.

There are no evidence or indications anywhere to show that something like that ever happened. I think that Seska stayed away from Tuvok because she realized that he wasn't interested at all in her and that he would see any attempt form her side as something suspicious.

Seska obviously had a relationship with Chakotay for a while and I guess that was more than enough to provide her Cardassian officers with information.
 
If it were necessary to maintain (or deepen) his cover, I can see Tuvok having sex with Seska. Also to see if he could cultivate her as a possible intelligence asset.

If Tuvok tells the Maquis that he has a wife, and then they find out he's a nark, the wife dies. Unless Tuvok is a common as dirt name for a Vulcan, it's amazing that he went under cover using his real name.

Lynx, this is highly unlikely, but it might be possible.

Janeway's original plan was to nuke Chakotay's base from orbit with special weapons.

She was carrying 2 tricobolt bombs that were eventually deployed against Caretakers Array.

If each of these bombs are a hundred times more powerful than a conventional modern nuclear weapon, then whatever civilian population was huddled around Chakotay's encampment, as well as... Janeway was going to murder a hundred thousand people maybe, because Tuvok lied and led Voyager to their home, a valuable military target.

Burnt children.

Every other cell in the Maquis would be after the crew of Voyager who had just committed a war crime against the Maquis for no known reason.

Tuvok's family was going to be deboned if dots were connected.
 
Well, there's no hint they ever did in the show and it completely contradicts Tuvok's personality, so I'm gonna say no.

A Vulcan Maquis, if anything, would seem more sketchy if he had a one night stand. Vulcan Maquis are still Vulcans.

I don't think the Maquis would go after the family. Kill the narc, sure, to protect their security but they're really clung to the narrative of being freedom fighters with a moral high ground.

But the Maquis weren't the Mafia. I can't imagine that they woyuld send anyone to Vulcan, killing T'Pel after discovering that Tuvok was a Starfleet agent, which they actually never discovered either. I just think that Seska realized that she wouldn't get any secrets out of a Vulcan and why should she bother when she already had Chakotay.

Maybe Tuvok is a common Vulcan name but never mind, his cover was never revealed.

Jonas is a different thing. I could easily imagine that Seska could have had an affair with him.
 
Tuvok had a couple of offers when he was on Voyager and rejected those. I hardly think he was wanting any sesking up from Seska. No secret information would be worth that.
 
She probably just let Jonas watch her bathe.

Are you forgetting about Dreadnought?

A thinking missile that B'Elanna (alone) sent to blow up a planet full of Cardassians?

The Maquis with appropriate provocation could be very sore bitter losers.
