Have we been told who these "personnel" are?"Danny will keep the Industry Studios name, website and even some of the personnel for on-site management."
It's not even close to being over. Not even close. Now that this Awesome Axanar adventure is winding towards it's final conclusion, it's time to direct my positive energy into endeavors closer to home and dearer to heart.
Lov's to y'all and lets stay in touch.
Never give up!
Never surrender

1) Yes.Two legal questions:
1) If Axanar violates the terms of the settlement enough that CBS calls him on it, does the ruling made in California still hold up now that he's in Georgia?
2) Should Mr. Peters do something else that gets him sued (say, start fund raising for a Battlestar "fan-film" the same way he did Axanar), would the trial be in California or Georgia? And if in Georgia, are the judges there familiar with movie copyright law?
Hypothetically, if an infringement occurred, couldn't the IP owner file suit in whatever court's jurisdiction the alleged infringement took place? Hypothetically, of course.1) Yes.
2) Depends, as venue/jurisdiction would depend on things like the corporate location for the BSG (for example) IP holder(s) or the location of the infringement(s) or AP's residence or the location of the company/auspices under which the infringement(s) occurred.
No RMB did not relocate nor did he help load or unload.
The editing equipment was rented.
Ms. Kingsbury has had Rocketworx listed for over 6 months......and NO she has not relocated.
And no LFIM has not relocated.
The Atlanta area has pretty good resources to create a fan film. I do see some friendly faces on Alec's new page and I hope they are treated right. So if everyone is still in LA, is there anyone working at the new warehouse/studio? Will he need to find a new crew of dupes? Surely there is no money to PAY employees...
Probably. With e-commerce, venue is becoming a somewhat antiquated concept.Hypothetically, if an infringement occurred, couldn't the IP owner file suit in whatever court's jurisdiction the alleged infringement took place? Hypothetically, of course.![]()
Surely not.So if everyone is still in LA, is there anyone working at the new warehouse/studio?............. Surely there is no money to PAY employeesHas rmb physically relocated to Georgia?
Ms. Kingsbury is listed as Producer at Rocketworx. Did Ms. Kingsbury relocate to Georgia?
For that matter, has the defendant relocated to Georgia?

And no LFIM has not relocated.
L.A. probably has better Sushi places then Georgia.Surely not.
My question is 'why' are they still in LA?
I mean, except for rmb because, great or small, he 'is' part of Hollywood. He 'works' there. Right?
But, why are the defendant and Ms. Kingsbury there? Their work is Rocketworx, right? Why are 'they' in LA?
It is all smoke and mirrors...........I thought you knew that.Surely not.
