@JD do yourself a favor. Stop reading whatever you're reading now and go pick up that copy of Revenge of the Sith. You'll be glad you did. :techman:

Yep, no idea how to post them...

Sorry, I didn't see the bottom part of your post there.
If you want to post pictures, you need to have them posted to another site first, click on the button with the mountains and sun between the smilie and film strip, then just post the URL in window that pops up.

www.imgur.com is a good, reliable place to throw up an image for hosting if you need somewhere.

Ah ok, yeah saw that but assumed I was missing something to upload them here directly. Let me see what I can do....

It seems to work now. For month I have tried to post my collection. Finally! German and English novels. I have moved several times. At the beginning I ordered the books by series and publication date. I didn't have time to reorder them. They are ordered by series but not by publication date now. And some of the original novels have never been published in German.

How neat and tidy! My husband and son are supposed to be building me a large bookcase where my Star Trek and Tolkien books are supposed to find a home.

My books almost fell victim to a flooded basement due to bad weather conditions. Water entered the basement where by books were kept for a short time in boxes. The boxes soaked with water. I was able to save almost all of the books. I lost only one. Some of them were wet and I put them into the sun. It took several days to get them dry. A few look swollen up, though. It was the shock of my life last year......

I've actually owned a copy since it first came out, I've just never gotten around to reading it. Some of the books in my headboard have been there for over a decade, ROTS included. It's the fourth book from the right.

You could also import it into Google Drive as a Google Sheet and link it from there, if it's too large to show in a single screenshot and you don't want to mess with stitching them together.

Yeah, that's what I would do.

So, um, yeah. I TRY to group chronologically by publication date within series for the MMPBs. The crossovers get grouped separately at the end wherever they fit best. Hardbacks and trade paperbacks of all series are grouped together and mostly chronologically by publication date, with adjustments for space where necessary. Can I just say how much I wish publishers would settle on a size and stick to it - especially for trades?!?! Then there's a random stack of oversizes that get mixed in with other genre stuff. As you can see, I struggle for space. ;) Nearly all of my bookshelves are two deep.

@stardream This is a link to the Googlesheet I use to keep track of my books. Actually, it is a list of books that are more or less in the current litverse continuity that I may be interested in reading in the future. I'm a data junky, lol. Books marked with an X are the ones I've actually read. It might not be *completely* accurate, and the notes I have on them are just to help me remember what the story is about or who might be in it or what I've heard about them. Some of them might be cringey descriptions so I'll go ahead and be embarrassed beforehand.

Oh, I just noticed that there are separate sheets for the Mirror Universe, TNG, and Titan, but I don't actually keep track of those separately anymore. Although the MU sheet will come in handy when I wanna read those.
