Caption contest?

Do we have enough films and screencaps to do caption contests here yet?

 

I thought there were already some Kelvincontests. Maybe they've just scrolled off into oblivion?

 

Nope. Nothing with a "contest" header, anyway...

^ No, I just did a search. There have definitely been caption contests for the Kelvin films, although there hasn't been one for a few years now.

Just do a search for any thread in the ST XI+ forum with the word "Caption" in the title and you'll see what I mean.

 

Well, now we have another film from which to draw. What stopped them? Lack of new images?

 

^ I have no idea. Some caption contests just don't draw as much attention, I guess.

 

They stopped sometime between the first and second film.

 

they some times die when the contest runner runs into real life complications.
