Spoilers The Flash - Season 3

By the way, I noticed that the future newspaper article hinted that Barry and Iris might not get married. I realize that a lot of fans would probably love the idea of their romance ending. But I'm not one of them and I find this disturbing.

It could also mean Iris DIES at some point in this 'future'.

How did Barry get possession of Gideon? The holo-newspaper was of course generated by her, and Thawn took her when the team discovered his identity. They've shown the time vault since Thawn's death, but there shouldn't be a super computer from the future inside anymore.

This episode was really good. The crossover elements were great (Supergirl/Mick's interaction was especially hilarious). Supergirl fit into the crossover very well, and it was nice to see some character combinations that we haven't seen in awhile (like Stein/Jackson with The Flash cast). I also like how we got a good balance of crossoever stuff with Flash stuff. Overall, this was great, and I can't wait to see more of the crossover.

Ok, so future Barry recorded a message that basically instructed Captain Hunter that he could not be trusted at that exact point in time because of Flashpoint, knowing full well, that the message would eventually get to Stein and Jax and to the rest of the team all turning against him with the exception of Oliver, resulting in them not being there to be mind controlled and in a position to save the others.
Come on, this was a set up!
Future Barry recorded this message so exactly that was going to happen. Only by breaking the trust the others put in him could he save everybody!
And because present Barry knows how thing work out later he will record the message. Bootstrap paradox. :D

I hope not just because that would be too much loss for Barry IMO. I don't want the guy to lose both parents AND his soul mate too.
It just means we can never be too sure of their future together. From their (and our) perspective the future is not written yet only what they make of it. Essentially what Oliver tried to tell him.
Any danger they will face is real and to be taken seriously instead of laughing it off because they have future knowledge saying otherwise.

Watching these crossovers makes me kinda want to see Arrow and Legends now. Are they recommended or am I just adding more to the shows I already see. The issue I've always had with these franchises has always been the commitment.

I tend to watch shows like this in binges because I can't keep up with the weekly schedule. Missing some overlap doesn't bother me because I know I'll catch it in the next season, or in the next show.

The lack of anything better on this week has made it easy to watch the crossover event. And the best part is when they release the seasons on Netflix I'll see it all again.

Yeah I'm thinking more along the lines of taking a summer and seeing theses shows and how they all work together. It might make me appreciate these characters I don't see every week more. Now they're just likeable and i love the interactions. I don't know anything about them other than that, which might for me not have the same crossover excitement as it does for the hardcore fan.

I'm getting my wife into Prison Break, and she's enjoying the chemistry between Linc and Michael. Her first impression of Mick was last night, and she immediately noticed how different Mick is from Linc.

I'm looking forward to introducing her to Captain Cold with Heatwave.

Fixing the timeline requires murdering his daughter.

Stien might be able to kill his daughter that he doesn't know, but his wife might have some words to say about that...
Given that something big was left unspoken, and the look on his daughter and Caitlin's faces, I fear Clarissa is dead in this timeline.

You might be right.
"Excuse me, I am looking for my wife."
"Very funny, she's not here."

"Tell your mother I will see her soon."
And the surprised/ concerned looks on their faces when he said that....

Barry murdered Diggle's daughter.

Barry murdered Cisco's brother.

Barry broke Caitlin's soul and mind.

Barry is a dick.

:)

Cisco has worked side by side with the (very evil) Reverse Flash.

He's a professional, who stays on task until the job is done.
Barry didnt do any of that. It was Reverse Flash;
Reverse Flash "Here we go, things are back to how they should be. Well for me anyway. For you well, I guess you will just have to wait and find out. "

Clearly Reverse Flash is responsible for Cisco Brother being killed and many other things.
