No idea. It couldn't have been on long, but long enough to make an impact. I only watched the first episode, I think. It was a laughing stock. Bad shows were being compared to My Mother The Car for years. It starred Jerry Van Dyke.

Oh yes, in fact Jerry shows up on the DVD show as Rob's brother Stacy Petrie. FINALLY hit it in the late 80's on the
sitcom Coach, playing assistant coach Luther Van Dam....
It was even spoofed on The Simpsons, as an imagined spin-off that would have a deceased Grandpa Simpson come back as the Love-Tester machine in Moe's bar.

That bummer of a show lasted almost half the time span of TOS?!?! Absolutely mind boggling!
1 season vs. 3...15 hours vs. 79.
Believe me, it was. The show was absolute crap. But it's a bit unfair to characterize it as "the worst TV sitcom" or even "the worst TV show" of all time. There have been quite a few shows that were just as bad -- and even a couple that were worse. Maybe.

The worst part of it for Jerry Van Dyke's career is that he passed on playing Gilligan to take the show.
In "The Man Trap", Larry Anthony appears as a red shirt technician in the transporter room as Kirk beams up. A minute later he is seen in a corridor wearing a blue shirt, leering at Yeoman Rand.

...or he gets paid double Quatloos for changing out of his red shirt before he gets wacked the the Salt Vampire. 
Am I crazy, or does this guy (David Troy as "Larry Matson") look kind of like he could have played a younger McCoy in a flashback scene?
