The heli-carriers have cloaks in the first Avengers movie. Coulson's big play in the season premiere of season two was to steal a quinjet just so they could have the cloaking tech.

I think the Quinjet was hovering and tilted slightly forward when the impact occurred. The screencap is after it had leveled out and/or touched down.

Well, we don't know that yet. Daisy returned to the fold at the very end of the episode, so we haven't seen Mace's reaction yet, let alone any repercussions.

Simmons did say that she had more than one lie to tell Mace, so it's possible that the team is keeping Daisy's return a secret for the moment.

64 had RRP's on the ventral hull, so she was invisible from underneath, but the movie shows anything from the side to above can still see everything.

Insight Class carriers didn't have any that we saw, and only generation 2 quinjets have an actual cloaking generator that they could adapt to the Bus. It looks like the generators only work on outright aircraft under a certain size. I can't remember if we saw the Zephyr cloak in season 3 even.

Well with an unregistered Daisy and a Ghost Rider in town Agent Coulson has the start of another Secret Warrior team. I do wonder how the MCU will adapt when DNA test comeback showing no Inhuman or alien markers. Most likely it will be assumed to be another Super Soldier attempt
