That's a nice GIF. I love the way the expression on his face changes from the first photo to the final photo--he looks like Superman.

I'm starting to feel better about the new Superman costume. The early photos made it look like it was some kind of overcomplicated body armor with a lot of separate, overlapping layers, but now I can tell that, like Supergirl's costume, it's just a textured fabric with various seams stitched into it. That makes it more plausible. (Still needs red trunks, though...)

Looks like Superman is taking on Metallo. And that "upgrade" looks like it may be a makeshift defense against Metallo's kryptonite or something, since those look like monitor or printer cables holding it on.
Also, it looks like Benoist or her stunt double is watching from the sidelines, suggesting that Supergirl arrives to help out Superman. And the setting is "Krypton Park" -- no doubt a tribute from the grateful citizens of Metropolis.

Lena Luthor has been cast -- it's Katie McGrath of Merlin and Dracula. I am quite pleased by this, because she's gorgeous.

California is the land of fresh starts and reinvention.
National City is also a lot nicer than Casa Del Lex or Otisburg.

In some of the pictures we can see that they are going with LuthorCorp, rather than LexCorp for the Luthors' company. I wonder if Lena changed the name, or if it's always been LuthorCorp here?
