Here's what I don't understand: they bring the Collector the Power Stone in Guardians of the Galaxy. If you shouldn't have two infinity stones in the same place, why does the Collector allow the Aether and the Power Stone to be in the same place? Or should we assume he shipped the Aether someplace else when he knew another Infinity Stone was coming?
It was the Asgardians who thought that having more than one in the same place would be dangerous, and Tivan just played along. He WANTS to collect them all. He is the ultimate Pokeman player. Remember, "One down, five to go?"

The only movie I've seen her in was Scott Pilgrim and that wasn't the best but Marvel has an excellent way of taking B-list actors (and characters) and turning them into gold so I'm not worried.

Although I realize you likely meant nothing by it other than that you weren't overly familiar with her, it seems a bit odd to refer to Brie Larson as a "B-list actor" given her recent clean sweep of the Oscars, SAGs, BAFTAs, and Golden Globes for Best Actress with her performance in Room. She hardly needs Marvel to "turn her to gold" as you put it.

did you just call me a buffon? rdj plays himself to me. his tony stark is neither gripping or complex. he is just a loud mouth with cheesy one liners.
No he is a complex character in the films and nothing complex about Mystique in X-Men films.

I like RDJ's character, he is what I would consider most people would be like if they became 'hero's'. He is one of the most flawed superhero's in the marvel universe. I mean he constantly makes bad decisions, like telling manderin how to get to his home (basically lost his home) has anxiety issues after New York, vein and a little selfish.

Though I don't think his latest decision (to back the government) is a bad one but I have not yet watched Civil War so I won't say for certain until I do.

Can't speak to her acting as I don't think I've ever seen anything she's been in (never got around to checking out Scott Pilgrim) but she seems like a plausible candidate.

No, Marvel has always had the production rights to Namor. Universal has the Distribution rights. Quesada wasn't making some big announcement there. In fact, it shows his ignorance a bit. All he actually said is "it's not owned by Fox or Sony," which he is 100% right about.

That site's a bit slow on the uptake considering that interview with Smith is several weeks old already.

Also, not an "announcement", he's just answering a question to the best of his knowledge off the top of his head. And yeah, so far as I've always understood it, if anyone has the rights to make a Sub-Mariner movie, it's Marvel.

So would a Namor have to be a deal like they had with the first movies, where Marvel produces it, but it's released by Universal?

If they really are contractually obliged to allow Universal to take a bite of the apple for distribution, they might dodge that by going a similar route as they've gone with Hulk. That is by having him prominently feature in other Marvel movies, but not giving him his own solo film.

So that is why they've been so reluctant to do a solo Hulk movie? Will that contract eventually end, and if so could we expect them to be more willing to do a Hulk solo movie then?
